By installing or playing VanLife Simulator (“Game”), you agree to:

Kraker Studio OÜ grants you a:

  • Revocable license to play the Game for personal use

You agree not to:

✓ Use cheats, hacks, or automation tools
✓ Exploit bugs for unfair advantage
✓ Commercialize game assets without permission

4. In-App Purchases

  • All virtual items (currency, skins) are licensed, not sold
  • Purchases are final unless required by local law
  • Refund requests: Contact hello@krakerstudio.com within 14 days

5. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Suspicious activity
  • Extended inactivity (24+ months)

6. Third-Party Services

The Game uses:

  • Google Play Games (saves/achievements)
  • Ad networks (AdMob, AppLovin MAX)
  • Analytics (Firebase, GameAnalytics)

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for purpose
  • Non-infringement

8. Limitation of Liability

Kraker Studio OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Gameplay interruptions
  • Lost progress/data
  • Third-party actions (e.g., payment processors)

Maximum liability: €30 or equivalent in local currency

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. First attempt mediation via hello@krakerstudio.com
  2. Unresolved disputes shall be settled in Tallinn, Estonia courts

10. Age Requirement

You confirm you are:

  • At least 13 years old (or minimum age in your country)
  • If under 18, have parental consent

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify of changes via:

✓ Updated “Last Updated” date
