1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or playing VanLife Simulator (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy (https://www.krakerstudio.com/privacy-policy/) and to the Google Play Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Game. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms and to any purchases you make.

3. Licence

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. The Game and all its content (including vehicles, characters, maps, art, music and text) belong to Kraker Studio OÜ or its licensors.

4. Rules

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the Game, except where the law allows it;
  • use cheats, hacks, bots, modified clients or other unauthorised tools;
  • exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage; please report them to us instead;
  • sell, trade or transfer your account, progress, virtual currency or items;
  • use the Game’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Virtual currency and items

  • The Game contains virtual currency (coins and gold) and virtual items (for example vehicles, characters, stickers, keys and suitcases). You receive a licence to use them inside the Game; you do not own them.
  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred to another player.
  • We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and in-game prices, for example to keep the Game fair. We will not remove items you paid for with real money without a reasonable replacement, unless the law or a security issue requires it.

6. In-app purchases

  • Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policy.
  • Prices are shown in the Game before you buy and include any taxes required by Google Play in your country.
  • Purchased items are delivered to the device and account you used. If a purchase was not delivered, contact us with your Google Play order number.
  • Purchases are final except where the law or Google Play’s refund policy says otherwise. For refund requests you can use Google Play directly or contact us at hello@krakerstudio.com within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you live in the EU, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

7. Random reward items

  • Some rewards (for example suitcases) contain items chosen at random.
  • The chances of each rarity level are shown in the Game, before you open a suitcase or buy anything that gives access to one.
  • Suitcases can be earned by playing. Where an item that speeds up or unlocks suitcases (for example gold or keys) can be bought with real money, the odds are shown before purchase.
  • In some countries, some of these features may be limited or unavailable to comply with local law.

8. Ads and rewarded ads

The Game shows ads. Some ads are optional and give you an in-game reward for watching them (“rewarded ads”). Rewards are given only when the ad is watched to the end and the ad partner confirms it. If an ad fails to load, no reward is given; you can try again later.

9. Progress, saves and accounts

  • Your progress is saved on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, you can also save your progress to your Google account.
  • Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or changing devices without a cloud save may cause you to lose progress. We are not able to restore progress that was not saved.
  • We may suspend or end your access to the Game if you break these Terms, use cheats, or take part in fraud (for example fraudulent purchases or refunds). Where possible, we will tell you why.

10. Third-party services

The Game uses services from Google (Google Play, Play Games, Firebase, AdMob), Unity (LevelPlay, In-App Purchasing), Meta, Appodeal and other advertising partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. We are not responsible for their services or content, including the content of third-party ads.

11. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the Game, add or remove content, or end the Game, for example for technical, legal or business reasons. Some updates may be required to keep playing. If we end the Game, we will try to give reasonable notice in the Game or on our website.

12. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Game will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Kraker Studio OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of progress or data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or €30, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Please contact us first at hello@krakerstudio.com; we will try to resolve the issue informally. If this does not work, disputes will be settled by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
